We aim to post your delicious treats within 24 hours of your order being placed. Shipping is free after £35. £2.99 shipping cost applies to orders under £35. Your parcel should arrive within 2-4 working days, however, current delays in shipping time may alter this slightly. Orders are packaged as carefully as possible. Olive Tree Treats cannot take responsilbity for parcels damaged on transit.

Due to the nature of the product we can not accept returns. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality treats from our kitchen to your door. But if you are not completely satisfied with your product we want to know about it and will be happy to help you in whatever way we can. Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Thank you.
